    Employer of Record

Employer of Record in Nicaragua Backed by a US Company

Hire your people in Nicaragua without opening a company there. We become their legal employer and handle contracts, payroll and labor law. You direct the work.

    Employer of Record

Your People. Our Payroll and Paperwork.

Nicaragua has excellent bilingual talent in your time zone, but employing people there means local contracts, social security registration, 13th-month pay, vacations, severance rules and monthly filings. Getting any of it wrong becomes your problem.

With Interface as your employer of record, our registered Nicaraguan branch employs your team and takes care of all of it. Your people get proper local employment and full benefits. You choose them, manage their work and keep everything they produce.

And you never deal with a foreign company: you sign with Interface Outsourcing Group, LLC in North Carolina and pay in US dollars.
